MYUSIDATA allows you to book our courses online and pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or online bank transfer.

How does online registration/payment work?

After entering their e-mail address on the USI homepage ("Login"), active students and staff of MUL will be sent a password for MY USI DATA, which they can use to register/pay for courses online.

In order to be able to use the online enrolment service as a student of another university/university of applied sciences/PÄDAK/graduate of the MUL, your data must be registered once in the internal database as follows:

1. USI Hompage - Navigation - Registration
2. Fill out registration - send - data will be anchored in the system
3. Present the relevant documents (student ID, sponsorship certificate in person at the USI or send a scan to usi@unileoben.ac.at)
4. The password for online course registration/payment will be sent to the e-mail address provided. However, you can also register for a course and pay the course fees by presenting the relevant documents at the USI.

Registration system MYUSIDATA:

Registration for USI courses is only possible via MYUSIDATA (not via MU_online). On the USI homepage you can now see exactly which courses are already fully booked and how many places are still available. If a course is fully booked, it is possible to be placed on the waiting list at the USI enrolment desk.
Course dates and times can be viewed after online course registration and login under "My courses" and can be exported as an iCalender (.ics).
If you do not want to do without this service, you can also have a login password sent to you in the course of an office registration or you can find dates and times on the USI homepage under "Course description" of the respective course.

Information, e.g. about course cancellations, will in future only be sent by e-mail.
